EUREKA Update #2
August 25, 2008After the first full week of my workout plan, increasing my water intake, and moderately reducing my caloric intake the trend continues downward. Not as steep as I would like to see it but that may change after this week. It seems like my metabolism has woken up and started really kicking in over the last three days. My average weight for the weekend was down on average, 1 pound per day.
