EUREKA Update – OC 5K

I completed the Ocean City 5K on Saturday in 23:31. That’s a 7:34/mile pace, 1:00/mile and over 3:00 better than my Heritage 5K pace. Laura also completed it for her first 5K run in 38:48.
Next up, the Twilight 5K on May 2nd and also starting to think about longer distance races.
